I have been working in artist management for over ten years and from the very beginning I was charged with the representation of artists and projects. Growing up in a family of singers in Dresden, I studied Theatre and Media Studies, Business and Education (Magister Artium) at the Friedrich-Alexander University of Erlangen-Nuremberg. Both during and after my studies I gained professional experience working in various departments (artistic administration, press department) at places such as the Semperoper Dresden, at the Staatstheater in Nuremberg and at the Theater Erlangen.

From 2007 until 2017 I worked at Karsten Witt Musik Management in Berlin, gradually expanding the singers’ division that I was individually responsible for. Along with promoting singers I also managed leading international conductors and was charged with acquiring orchestral concerts and stage projects. I also planned and supervised the Zermatt Festival Academy for the Scharoun Ensemble. As part of my work as Artist Manager I have built up an international network of contacts with promoters over the years.

At the beginning of 2017 I founded Doreen Lutz Artists, based in Innsbruck.

The Austrian soprano Simone Waldhart began her musical career with early violin studies at the Innsbruck Conservatory, before pursuing full-time studies in both violin and voice after graduating from the Musikgymnasium. In 2017, she completed her Master’s degree in solo voice under KS Elisabeth Wilke at the University Mozarteum Salzburg, which she further enriched through art song (Lied) studies with Helmut Deutsch and the opera class (Sahler/Grams/Gruber). She gained additional artistic insights from masterclasses with prominent singers including Brigitte Fassbaender and Vesselina Kasarova. Simone Waldhart is a four-time prize winner of the "Prima la musica" competition and was the youngest prize winner at the Kammeroper Schloss Rheinsberg. In 2018, she was awarded the advancement prize (Förderpreis) of the Tyrolean Singers' Award (Tiroler Sängerpreis). Her most notable opera roles include Susanna (Le nozze di Figaro), Gretel (Hänsel und Gretel), Cabri (Betulia liberata), and Bastienne (Bastien und Bastienne)—a role with which she debuted at the Stadttheater Landsberg and appeared as a guest artist at the Musikfestspiele Potsdam Sanssouci. An early engagement as Mondgroom (Frau Luna) also took her to the Staatstheater Braunschweig. 
A major focus of her artistic work lies in ensemble singing. She performs with the Arnold Schoenberg Choir, the Konzertvereinigung Wiener Staatsopernchor, and the NDR Vokalensemble Hamburg, and has participated in major productions at the Salzburg Festival, the Theater an der Wien, and the Volksoper Wien. Following the birth of her son in October 2023, she returned to her hometown of Innsbruck with her family in September 2024. She now brings her extensive industry experience to her role as an assistant at the artists' agency Doreen Lutz Artists.
